REAA
REAA Information

The Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA) is the independent, government regulatory body for the real estate industry in New Zealand.

They provide independent oversight of the real estate industry, ensure a high standard of service and professionalism within the industry, and provide increased protection for buyers and sellers of real estate.

The REAA is a Crown entity, established under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

There is a link to the REAA website below.  The "for Buyers and Sellers" tab of the REAA website provides a variety of information documents and guidebooks that can be useful whether you are buying, or selling, a property in New Zealand. More specifically it provides the Code of Conduct under which all Real Estate agents are required to operate.

These guidebooks are also available in our offices at 40 Queen Street, Warkworth. Should you require any advice regarding buying or selling property in the Warkworth Area one of our salespeople would be happy to help you.
