I couldn't be more pleased with having Caitlin as my property manager. She is incredibly competent and experienced, both traits which we have discovered to be extremely valuable in the property management arena - priceless even! We have unfortunately experienced property managers who were not so capable (to put it nicely) and it has been such a weight off our shoulders along with a saving to our bank accounts, to have finally found someone like Caitlin to look after the day to day management of our property portfolio.

She is extremely helpful with solving difficult situations that have arisen, as well as proactive in mitigating any potential issues. I’ve found her to also be fair with tenants, thorough at inspections and an all round genuinely nice, friendly person. I especially appreciate how responsive she is and how she always gives candid reliable advice regarding tenants and other topics.

In the past two years Caitlin has been managing our two rental properties very well, she often goes above and beyond, selection of tenants has been outstanding, paid rent always on time and everything runs smoothly. She is also quick to provide professional advice to help us make our decisions, when the tenancy law was changed and house rental market turned complicated we found Caitlin knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we have had.  We are very satisfied and thankful for her great service.

Caitlin has been managing my property for a year now, she has meet and exceeded my expectations.  Living overseas I need a property manager that I can trust to look after my property and do the job properly. From the first meeting with Caitlin I felt my property would be in good hands.  My property was in need of a lot of repair when Caitlin took over the management, with a lot of help from Caitlin organising many different quality tradesmen my house looks fantastic and the rental value has increased dramatically.  Caitlin's communication regarding my property over the past twelve months has been great.
