Callum has been the biggest help in our first home purchase. What we thought was a daunting process was made simple with his help and expertise. At all of open homes he has been welcoming and kind. Throughout the process to make an offer he has made sure we were fully informed at all steps. His communication has been amazing, always there when we’ve needed help or have had questions. We were recently fortunate enough to list and sell our property with Professionals. I wanted to let you know what an incredible job Paula did. She was supportive, accessible and accommodating from the very beginning and nothing was ever too much (or too stupid...some of my questions). Paula did everything. Through our agent Barbara Steel we went on the market in June 2021 with lots of interest. Sadly 3 days later we went into lockdown with Covid and travel for viewing was not possible. We had some interest but buyers either had to sell their own property first or raise finance which with banks tightening lending policies made things difficult. Over the next two years Barbara managed to negotiate several contracts all failing again through finance and bank lending policies. Finally we had a firm offer but which was well below our asking price and which we were inclined to reject immediately.
