Callum has been the biggest help in our first home purchase. What we thought was a daunting process was made simple with his help and expertise. At all of open homes he has been welcoming and kind. Throughout the process to make an offer he has made sure we were fully informed at all steps. His communication has been amazing, always there when we’ve needed help or have had questions. He’s been flexible when we’ve needed to meet with him or if we’ve been running late, always understanding. Leading up to settlement day, Callum has made sure we were good to go and made it known he was there if we had any concerns or questions. Callum and Anna’s assistant, Haley, took us through our pre-settlement inspection and was so lovely, kind and patient.  On settlement day, Callum went out of his way to ensure we had a sold sign outside of our home after it was taken down so we could get our first home picture.  When picking up the keys, he presented us with a beautiful box of goodies which was so unexpected, such a lovely gesture.
