About Colville Barbour

Devoting 30 years to the local Rotorua real estate sector Colville has an affinity with the property industry. Growing up near Matamata on a dairy farm Colville knew early on that he had the necessary enthusiasm to succeed in property. He first attended Lincoln University to complete a Commerce degree in Valuation & Property Management. Returning to the North he spent the early years in Te Kuiti as a Property Valuer before relocating to Rotorua – the city that feels like a town.

Colville spent several years as a registered Property Valuer before taking the plunge into real estate sales successfully selling both commercial and residential property for some time. With a keen eye for property value and unbeatable trained negotiation skills Colville quickly grew a strong reputation in the local market leading to him owning his own agency. He has since owned several incorporating his management and governance skills.

Today Colville is hands on with the progressive team at United First National leading ways to help clients capitalise on the opportunities that the market presents.
