About Declan Wyndham-Smith

Declan is the Director and co-owner of United First National Real Estate and Property Management, leading the company's strategic direction, growth and innovation alongside business partner, Eden Ross.

With almost 40 years of national and international experience in business leadership, real estate and organisational development, Declan has built a strong reputation for growing businesses, developing high-performing teams and challenging conventional thinking. He joined United First National Rotorua as General Manager in 2022 before becoming co-owner alongside Eden in 2024.

Declan is passionate about continuing to grow United First National's Rotorua and Te Puke offices, which together service Rotorua, Te Puke, Tauranga and Pukehina. His strategy is centred on embracing forward thinking, technology and collaboration while never losing sight of what matters most; delivering exceptional service and outstanding results for every client.
