About Gerald Voigt

Having worked closely with real estate business owners and administrators throughout New Zealand during my time as Production Manager for the Bay of Plenty Times, I developed a strong appreciation for what makes a successful real estate business.

Through those years, I built relationships with members of the United First National team and quickly recognised their passion for helping clients, their commitment to the local community, and their dedication to achieving outstanding results. When an administration role became available, joining the team was an easy decision.

Seven years later, I’m still proud to be part of the United family. The positive culture, supportive team environment, and strong leadership have made it a rewarding place to work. It’s a business built on genuine relationships and putting people first; values that continue to resonate with me today.
