About Joyce Fowler

With the pending retirement of Principal, Ann Crossley, we would like to introduce Joyce as she takes on the new and exciting role of Business Support at United First National Rotorua.



Joyce comes to us following many years working within the public sector, firstly in Local Government (Tourism & Events) then moving to Central Government as Senior MP Support in Education, Immigration and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.



Her dedication, enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge have enabled her to build strong relationships with clients at all levels, while her analytical problem-solving skills ensure seamless communication across the board.



With a strong passion for exceeding expectation and providing personal connection with clients, makes her a valuable asset in our ever evolving industry. Committed to promoting transparent and reliable peace of mind management services.



Outside of work, Joyce enjoys hosting family and friends when they visit while they enjoy the vast offerings of such a dynamic Rotorua Tourism mecca. A doting wife, mother of two beautiful daughters and ‘Grammie’ to her first Mokopuna keep her life full of love and laughter.
