About Margaret Alexander

I was born in Northern Ireland - in 1957 our family immigrated to Te Puke where I have lived ever since.

I started my Real Estate career in March 1995 and furthered it by undertaking extensive training courses to obtain my Branch Managers qualification and then the AREINZ Associate.

I was an owner of First National Te Puke Realty for many years and after a lot of deliberation, sold my business to another First National owner.

I am proud to work under the First National umbrella still and the transition from owner to property consultant was easy.

Having lived in Te Puke nearly all my life, I have seen many changes in the township and surrounding districts. Consequently I am very familiar with the Real Estate market and the ever changing trends.
