We were recently fortunate enough to list and sell our property with Professionals. I wanted to let you know what an incredible job Paula did. She was supportive, accessible and accommodating from the very beginning and nothing was ever too much (or too stupid...some of my questions). Paula did everything. I understand there are different levels of agents and that some have "off siders" but in our opinion Paula was THE agent and she was superb. If we were not leaving the area we would definitely be using Paula for any house purchases or sales- she deserves an increase in salary/commision.

We also appreciated that while we never waited long for a response from Paula (generally within the hour!) her focus and attention was with us rather than tending to phone calls etc when in person which in turn made us and our time feel valued.
